Community Key, through working with and delivering services to unemployed and disadvantaged people for more than thirty years, has developed a sound knowledge and understanding of social inclusion concepts and the issues confronting disadvantaged people. By working proactively and broadly within the local community, and by the effective delivery of services to disadvantaged people, we have established a reputation as a quality focused, ethical organisation with a strong focus on building the capacity of individuals and our local community.

Board members and staff have been involved in establishing many local community groups including the Koolkuna Women's Refuge, Swan City Youth Service and Midland Joblink. We currently have representatives on many Boards, management committees and advisory groups. We are committed to sharing ideas, expertise with any individual or agency with the shared values of supporting disadvantaged or unemployed people become more able to participate in work, education or training, or their community.

We work collaboratively with a number of other organisations in a range of projects and welcome the opportunity to expand the range of partnerships and collaborations.
