Management Team
CEO - Ailsa Paterson. Ailsa is responsible to the Board for the overall management, policy and strategic development of the Organisation.
Ailsa is based at our Midland branch and has been with the organisation since 1983. Ailsa was originally employed as a youth worker, as one of two full time staff. Changes in government funding, the opportunity to provide fee for service activities, and the securing of Job Network contracts has enabled us to grow our services. Through this growth the focus has steadfastly remained on assisting disadvantaged people gain employment or improve the quality of their lives. Ailsa has responsibility for the overall strategic direction of the organisation, and its performance related to funding contracts. Approximately 60% of her time is spent on community development related activities, collaborating with community agencies, business and business associations, local and State Governments.
Before joining Community Key/Jobs Australia Midland, Ailsa travelled and worked in a variety of jobs including office work, gardening, youth work and hospitality. Ailsa's interests are spending time with her two kids, being in the Hills or the South West, watching the Dockers win, current affairs and community.
Manager - Ivan. Ivan is responsible for management and operations of Community Key and Jobs Australia services. Ivan assists Ailsa and the Board in policy and strategic development.
Admin Officer Finance - Carol. Responsible for accounts and payroll administration for the whole of the organisation, and provides IT support to staff.
Admin Officer Quality - Amanda. PA to the Management Team, maintains the Quality Manual, Administrator of the Web Sites and the JA Intranet, designs and assists with marketing material, collates statistics and provides IT support to staff.Other staff
Our other staff are involved in community activities and network effectively with their colleagues in non government agencies to enhance service delivery to our clients. We employ approximately 10 people all of whom have a focus on Customer Service and meeting the needs of the community.
